At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our Residential Youth Caregiver team. As a member of our team, you will provide a family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. We are looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
In this unique career path, you will work closely with students and your spouse to create a supportive and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
As part of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits including a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a three-week paid summer vacation.
