Milton Hershey School is committed to providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will reside on-campus to provide guidance and support to students in need.
The position involves managing the daily lives of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as administration, driving, and medication management. You will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere, encouraging personal growth, and fostering a sense of community among students.
