Milton Hershey School is seeking experienced couples to provide a nurturing family-like environment for groups of students. As Family Care Providers, you will be responsible for ensuring the emotional and educational needs of your students are met. This unique role involves providing guidance, logistical support, and promoting a positive lifestyle while living on campus.
This position requires a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Couples must be committed to supporting under-served youth and able to work collaboratively as a team in a structured academic setting. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
