Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex House Parents for our students. As a Flex House Parent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
