Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents. In this unique and rewarding role, you will provide a family-like environment for students in on-campus housing.
Responsibilities
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This includes handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also provide a consistent family-like structure for students and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We require a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
