About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as House Parents. As a House Parent, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, supervising a small group of 8-12 students in on-campus homes.
As a couple, you will be responsible for managing various responsibilities including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also benefit from a comprehensive compensation package and on-the-job training.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Schedule and Benefits
- A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
