As flex houseparents, married couples will guide and nurture 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting. This unique role requires commitment, integrity, and the ability to engage with students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The successful candidate couple will possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must be legally married for at least two years, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
