Milton Hershey School is seeking qualified married couples to fill the roles of Guidance and Support Professionals for Youth. As a vital part of our campus community, these individuals will provide guidance, care, and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate couple will possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. This role requires a strong commitment from both spouses, as they will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities, including transportation, medication, and budgeting for a group of 8-12 students.
As a Guidance and Support Professional for Youth, you will play a critical role in creating a family-like environment that promotes the emotional, social, and academic growth of our students. You will work closely with your spouse and other staff members to develop and implement strategies that meet the unique needs of each student.
The compensation package for this role includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total of approximately $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are also provided.
