Our Houseparents play a vital role in the lives of our students, providing guidance, support, and nurturing care. This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to be actively involved in the daily lives of our students.

Responsibilities:
- Create a supportive family-like environment for students
- Supervise daily activities and ensure student well-being
- Manage student homes and budgets
- Report student progress and provide feedback to school administrators
- Participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Must be a legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
