Role Overview
We are seeking individuals who share our mission to provide exceptional care and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex house parent, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment and guiding students in their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating a family-like atmosphere for students
- Managing daily responsibilities, including driving and administration
- Providing guidance and support to students
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure student well-being
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may live in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
