We are seeking married couples to become Residential Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School. In this unique career path, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

About the Role:

Residential Youth Caregivers provide a family-like structure for students
Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Work closely with other staff members to foster a supportive environment for students

Requirements:

Experience working or volunteering with youth
Legally married couple for at least two years
Age 27 or older
No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
