Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Houseparents, providing guidance and support to students in a family-like environment. This is a unique career path that requires both spouses to work together to provide daily care and supervision to a group of 8-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily care and supervision to students
- Transportation, medication administration, and budgeting
- Developing skills and abilities of students
Requirements:
· Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
· Both spouses should be age 27 or older
· No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
· Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
· Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
· High school diploma or GED required
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
