Couple's Role
We are seeking experienced couples to serve as full-time flex houseparents for our students. As a houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a supportive and structured environment that fosters academic achievement, social growth, and emotional well-being. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
