What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Caregivers for Youth position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School provides an exceptional education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Houseparent, you will play a crucial role in creating a family-like environment for our students.
You and your spouse will live on-campus in a student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, handling budgeting, reporting, and other essential tasks. You will also need to become certified to drive student home vans.
In return for your dedication and commitment, you will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. Comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training are also included.
