Role Overview
As flex houseparents, you will reside on campus and guide a group of 8-12 students, managing daily responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration. Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent, loving environment for students
- Manage daily routines, including transportation and medication administration
- Lead students in daily devotions and participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
