Life as a Residential Youth Caregiver
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students. You will be responsible for providing a family-like environment for students in our residential program, including driving, administering medication, and managing daily activities in a structured setting.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be legally married for at least two years, both 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
