As houseparents, couples will reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students, fostering personal development and supervising academic activities.
This role requires experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. The ideal candidates will be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and possess excellent communication skills.
