What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Couples Wanted position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking Student Home Mentors to join our team at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of approximately 8-12 students living in an on-campus home. You will work closely with your spouse to create a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages academic success and personal growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for working with youth and a strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment. You should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for our students.
