Responsibilities
- Provide a nurturing environment for students, promoting emotional growth and development
- Work as a team with other houseparents to manage student homes and provide consistent support
- Assist students with daily activities, homework, and personal development
- Participate in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Follow campus policies and procedures, including smoke-free and weapon-free environments
