- Create a safe, supportive, and structured living environment for 8-12 students.
- Manage daily responsibilities, including meal preparation, household chores, and student supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote students' academic success and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as a positive role model for students.
