Responsibilities
As a couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Your responsibilities will include managing a household, supporting education, and ensuring the well-being of your students. You will work together to drive, administer medication, budget, report, and take care of other tasks that come with caring for a family. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
