What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Environment for Students Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
As a Flex Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a family-like structure where you will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
