This unique opportunity allows married couples to live on campus and support a small group of students, while handling various responsibilities and receiving a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our students, helping them to grow and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that our students receive the care and attention they need to succeed.
We are looking for couples who share our commitment to providing a world-class education to our students. If you have experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly from under-served settings, we encourage you to apply. You must be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for our students.
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 27 years old
- Couples must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license
- No pets other than fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted in student homes
