Milton Hershey School is seeking compassionate individuals to join our residential education support team as flex houseparents. These roles involve guiding and nurturing a group of students, creating a family-like atmosphere and supporting their academic and personal growth.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be committed to creating a safe and supportive environment. They must also be comfortable with the concept of daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
