Milton Hershey School is a fully endowed private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and ensuring a nurturing environment for students.
Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and adhering to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
The ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
