As a married couple, you must have been together for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. Your household can have no more than three dependent children. Valid driver's licenses and certification to drive student home vans are essential. A high school diploma or GED is also required. Integrity is crucial, as you will serve as role models for students.
