Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for disadvantaged students in grades pre-K through 12. As House Parents, you will guide, supervise, and support a small group of students, fulfilling various responsibilities including transportation, daily activities, and providing a family-like structure.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and guidance to students
- Supervising students during daily activities and outings
- Transporting students to and from school and extracurricular activities
- Administering medication and handling medical needs
- Managing household budgets and expenses
- Reporting student progress and addressing any concerns
Required qualifications include:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
