What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Family Environment for Disadvantaged Youths position at Milton Hershey School?
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Couples must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
