Overview of the Opportunity
We are hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, no alcohol permitted while on duty
Work-Life Balance
This role offers a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for a balance between work and personal life.
