What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurturing Family Environment Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as House Parents. In this role, you will work with students from disadvantaged backgrounds to provide a supportive and nurturing environment.
The successful candidate couple will have a strong commitment to providing guidance and support to young people. They should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a valid driver's license.
As House Parents, you will be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also manage household responsibilities, including budgeting and health administration.
