Responsibilities
- Providing nurturing guidance to groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds
- Administering medication and budgeting
- Driving and maintaining a family-like environment
As Residential Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students. You will work closely with other staff members to develop and implement programs and activities that promote student growth and development.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school

Our ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
