Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Houseparents, caring for students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment. As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting students, ages 4-18, through their educational journey.
Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are committed to providing them with the tools they need to succeed. As a Houseparent, you will work closely with our academic staff to ensure that our students receive an exceptional education, along with housing, meals, and other essential resources.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
