Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing and family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in children's lives while living in a supportive community.
The successful candidates will reside in on-campus homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will be responsible for handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Couples will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. The ideal candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
