Milton Hershey School is committed to providing an exceptional education and nurturing environment to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a supportive family-like setting.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working or volunteering with youth
  • Age 27 or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
