If so, consider joining us as a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus and provide a supportive environment for 8-12 students, guiding them, administering medication, and managing daily household activities.
This role requires experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and a strong commitment to student welfare. You must be married for at least two years, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
