The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Job Description:
This role involves guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must have been legally married for at least two years, be age 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Additionally, both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
