Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex House Parents. As a Flex House Parent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a consistent family-like structure for students aged pre-K through 12.
You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
In this role, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to students
- Manage household responsibilities and expenses
- Transport students to school and activities
- Administer medication and perform other health-related tasks
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
