At Milton Hershey School, we value the importance of a supportive and stable home environment for our students. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing atmosphere and guiding students in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage household tasks and maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Drive students to appointments and activities
- Administer medication as needed
- Support students in their academic and personal growth
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
