As a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse will play a vital role in creating a stable and loving home environment for 8-12 students. You will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the students' physical, emotional, and academic needs are met.
The salary and benefits package for this role is highly competitive, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. In addition to your salary, you and your spouse will receive free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Abiding by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus is essential, as well as limiting pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. Lastly, both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
