Milton Hershey School believes that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. That's why we're seeking couples to become flex houseparents and provide a nurturing family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students.
The Role
As a flex houseparent, you and your partner will reside in an on-campus student home and provide daily guidance and support to students. You'll work together to create a safe and supportive living environment, helping students develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
