We are seeking dedicated and compassionate couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students.
About the Position
You will reside on-campus and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a nurturing home environment and handling various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
What We Look For
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legal marriage for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children residing in the student home
