In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students, ages 5-18, who live on campus. You will work alongside your spouse to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
- Guide and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Create a safe and supportive environment that fosters a sense of belonging
- Work alongside your spouse to manage the household and care for students
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' academic and personal goals
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
