Nurturing Homes Directors at Milton Hershey School
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become nurturing homes directors, responsible for providing a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a couple, you will live on campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a family-like environment for students
- Manage daily responsibilities, including driving and medication administration
- Live on campus with students, serving as positive role models
