We are looking for dedicated couples to join our team as Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Houseparent, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our students, providing a consistent family-like structure and guiding them in their educational journey.
About the Role
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. You will be responsible for managing household duties, driving students, and participating in their overall development in a family-like environment.
What We Look For
- Couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
