Work Schedule
Couples will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. This allows couples to maintain a healthy work-life balance and recharge between periods of intense caregiving.
Couples will also receive three-week paid summer vacation, providing them with ample opportunity to rest and recharge before the new academic year begins.
