Job Description:
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become part of our family-like environment team. As Houseparents, you will provide a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and needs, guiding, supporting, and educating a small group of students. This role requires living on campus in student homes and working closely with your spouse to create a stable and loving environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities and needs of students
- Guide and support students in their academic and personal development
- Create a family-like environment in student homes
- Work collaboratively with your spouse to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
