As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a vital role in nurturing and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
About the Role
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will live in on-campus student homes, creating a supportive family-like environment and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and guiding students in daily devotions. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and work together with your spouse to provide a stable and loving home for these young people.
