Job Description:
Flex House Parents at Milton Hershey School reside on-campus and engage with 8-12 students, offering support in areas such as budgeting and health management. This role requires a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
