Job Description
This role involves providing a nurturing and family-like environment for students from under-served settings. As a team member of our on-campus homes, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years.
