What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Campus Family Advocates position at Milton Hershey School?
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a House Parent, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
